Plus l&#8217;enfant sera grand, plus son DEP sera \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Du sexe (L&#8217;homme a un DEP sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de la femme)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">De la taille (plus on est grand, plus le DEP est important)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Le DEP varie avec l&#8217;\u00e2ge, il est plus bas chez les enfants que chez les adultes et il est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 chez le jeune adulte que chez l&#8217;adulte \u00e2g\u00e9. Le DEP est proportionnel \u00e0 la taille. Au del\u00e0, il faut prendre contact avec un m\u00e9decin.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\"><a name=\"Pour%20qui%20?\"><\/a>Pour qui ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Ces appareils s&#8217;adressent\u00a0\u00e0 tous les asthmatiques adultes et enfants \u00e0 partir de l&#8217;\u00e2ge de 5 ans (en dessous de 5 ans, l&#8217;enfant n&#8217;est pas forc\u00e9ment coop\u00e9ratif).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\"><a name=\"Combien%20de%20fois%20?\"><\/a>Combien de fois ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Cela d\u00e9pend des situations :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Lorsque les crises d&#8217;asthme s&#8217;encha\u00eenent ou se rapprochent, les mesures doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9guli\u00e8res, m\u00eame en dehors des crises. Dans ce cas, il faut mesurer votre DEP r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement deux fois par jour, au r\u00e9veil et le soir. Le DEP est souvent plus bas au r\u00e9veil qu&#8217;au coucher. Une diff\u00e9rence importante entre ces deux valeurs (sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 15 %) peut signaler une insuffisance th\u00e9rapeutique.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Au moment de la crise, il faut mesurer le d\u00e9bitm\u00e8tre au d\u00e9but de la crise, puis quelques minutes apr\u00e8s avoir inhal\u00e9 le bronchodilatateur.
